In 2007, The US Green Building Council added to their existing commercial certifications by implementing their Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification program for Residential Buildings. This is a comprehensive and stringent certification and Kopp Construction is proud to have been among the first Portland green builders to apply for and receive this prestigious certification for a green home we custom built for one of our environmentally committed Portland area clients.
